Meeting called to order at 7:35pm by Antony and Steve
Treasurer:
Money is in the positive for all the teams.
TD Bank account will end 1/31/10
VP Travel:
There will be a meeting on January 22, 2010 for MOSA.
All money and rosters are due 1/15/10.
Kevin suggested setting up more coaches clinics.

Kevin also suggested uniforms for the travel teams. The
discussion came down to the expense of the uniforms and it might put an undo
financial burden on some parents and the league.
VP Rec:
Preliminary sign up dates February 19th, 20th, 21st
and March 5th & 6th for Rec. Times are still to be
determined. Flyers will be given to George Mitchell and Frog Pond Elementary
Schools.
President:
Jason will be meeting with UK Elite sometime this month.
Registration money and rosters are due for MOSA 1/15/10.
All coaches or a representative should be present at the
monthly meeting.
Quartermaster Rec:
Nothing
Quartermaster Travel:
Tony is requesting his rosters in early.
Tony started a discussion about creating one U7 and one U8
team to play in Ocean County Rec. They would train with their regular rec.
coaches during the week and get together on Saturdays to play Ocean County Rec.
games. They would play their normal PSA games on Sundays. There was also
discussion on the cost of uniforms and who would coach these teams for the Ocean
County Rec. games.
