Meeting called to order 7:42p.m. By Mike & Kevin
Treasures report:
No report, will have for next meeting. There will be NO checks handed out
unless Sue has the roasters and money.
All TEAMS have to hand in registration and s.a.g.e. forms. January 15th & July
15th registration is due for all traveling teams.
There are NO refunds once a child is paid and
they quit.
Vice president rec:
Training starts 9/9/08 Tuesdays for the traveling teams from 7-8:30p.m... Every
rec coach is getting 4 training sessions.
September 20 & 21 from 12 noon till 2:30p.m. is
the last sign ups. All coaches are to be at the sign ups no later then 2:30p.m.
to get there teams. We still need 1 division 1 coach and 1 division 2 coach,
please see Antony for more info.
Picture day is October 25th,2008starting at
9a.m. it goes by age group.
The email is set up on the web site everybody
may go on that and put there email addresses in and any new info will go rite to
you.
The 4 year old clinic will be run by Frank, any questions please see Frank.

If any body has any questions they can call Kevin Laney or Jay Nass.
