Treasurer's report:
no report
Vice president of recreation:
all rec coach positions filled, 4 teams per
division, training will be held every Tuesday night, after the 9th of September
all teams can start there prac. this will be posted on the 10th at the field
on the glass board. Just remember that no checks will be written for the ref's
unless Sue has the sheets that she needs.
Vice president of traveling:
goals are bought and things are ready to go per
Bill. little field will be painted yellow and big fields are painted white,
there are 2 fields in one. All coaches should bring bug spray for the children.
All coaches if you need to make any changes YOU MUST go through Bill. And if
there is any make up games to be played and people are practicing on the lighted
field you are going to be asked to leave that field, if anyone has a problem
with that you should see Bill.. If you are unsure of your teams time with the
trainer please see list on the glass board at the field..
