MINUTES FROM MAY 2, 2007 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:45p.m. By Jim & Ron.

Vice president of recreation:
Games need to be started on time, Antony spoke with almost all the coaches about having the kids all together 5 minutes before the game and stand behind the benches at the wood line, so that way when the other game is over you can go right to the benches and get ready, Just no monkey business back there so you don’t bother the team's playing. Trophy party is going to be held at the field on June 16th the Saturday before Fathers day, more details to follow.
Make up games need to go through Antony and he will talk with Max and Antony will call Bill about Freedom Field. If any coach needs ice packs or supplies please see Antony. And to all coaches if a child has stitches please do not play them, they can sit on the bench and support there team.
