MINUTES FROM APRIL 3, 2007 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:33pm by Mike & Stephen.

Secretary’s report:

Motion to approve the notes, Mike & Kathy.

Treasurers report:

2 checks have been returned, Sue is going to be going to those parents. Those parents have to pay the bank fees and then give the coaches or Sue cash. 1 is from the rec side and 1 is from the traveling side. And Sue asked please do not give the traveling coaches any checks.

Vice president of recreation:

Season has started off very well. Just a reminder that the ref’s are the one’s that make the call’s out on the fields. Everyone is to remember that good sideline behavior is a must. Antony is looking into getting information on team pictures for the spring season. Division 2 has 2 25 min.half’s, division 3 has 2 30 min.half’s. Anybody that has feed back on the ball’s please tell Antony, also if anyone  knows anybody that wants to be a sponsor for the fall season then please see Antony.

Vice president of traveling:

Position still open….

Right now the traveling teams are running behind with playing games due to the weather. The coaches are to call Bill O’Connell with any make up games; he is the person then to call Antony with the make up games just so the fields will be assigned. We will be able to use the county fields but you need to contact Bill. Bill is the person to call Vickie at the county only. There are too many coaches calling her. 8:30pm is when the county field closes. Bill also asked that the driving directions on our web site be corrected it says to turn the wrong way; Antony said he would take care of that.

Quartermasters:

Jim bought the first aid kits. And he got a case of ice packs donated.

We have an account now with euro sport if you need anything see Antony.
