MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 6, 2007 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:30pm by Mike Tomarro

Secretary’s report:

Position open!

No meeting notes from January.

Treasurer’s report: 

Treasurer’s report was read and approved with a motion from Mike and seconded by Frank.

Vice president of recreation:

Sign ups start February 9^th, 10^th and 11^th and will finish the weekend of March 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th, all help is appreciated.  We need a practice schedule form all coaches with days and times of practice so that I can put the layout of the fields for all coaches. We are looking into some sponsors for the back of the shirts to help fund the purchase of balls for this season.

Vice president of traveling:

Position still open!

We will be using UK Elite again this season, there schedule is yet to be confirmed.

Quartermaster:

Lighted field is off limits for all games and only the traveling teams will use it to train on.

Old Business:

We need to give public works a heads up before the start of the new season.

New business:

We are trying to put on an F-license clinic for all coaches without this certificate. We will need to know if anyone is interested.
