Meeting called to order @ 7:35 PM by Troy Yaede.
Secretary’s Report:
Meeting minutes from Sept. 5, 2006 were approved as read with a motion from Antony and a second from Patty.

Vice President of Recreation:
We have a great number of people on the fields. We need to share the fields. Big fields are to be split. Jason will call all the coaches to tell them this. Jason has placed another order in for shirts. They will be in his sunroom, please come by and get what you need. If you want to make up games, please feel free.

Quartermaster:
Township needs to add a line to the Division One fields.
Old Business:
Spaghetti Dinner is all set to go on Sunday October 15, 2006 from 5 pm to 8pm. Please encourage your parents to come out and enjoy a great meal.
