MINUTES FROM MAY 2, 2006 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 8:30 PM by Troy Yaede

Secretary’s Report:

Meeting minutes from April 4, 2006 were approved as read with a motion from Patty and seconded by Jason.

Treasurer’s Report:

We are in the process of filing two tax forms that need to be in by May 16^th. If the forms are not submitted by this date we will lose our tax ID number.  Registrations are all in, just waiting on a few rosters.  No more checks will be issued unless a check form is filled out and handed in. March and April’s reports are ready for review.  Please take them home, look them over for the next month’s meeting.  At next month’s meeting we will go over them.

Vice President of Recreation:

FYI:  A recreational player broke an arm during warm ups.  We are covered for all injuries that occur on the field.  We need to teach throw ins, corner kicks, and goal kicks during our practices.

Vice President of Traveling:

Divas will have the back fields on Thursdays.  Progress.                        

Quartermaster:

Fields will be lined in time for games.

New Business:

None.

Motion made by John to adjourn the meeting @ 9:00 PM and seconded by Debbie.  The Executive Board then met in closed session until 9:45 PM.
