MINUTES FROM APRIL 4, 2006 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:40 PM by Troy Yaede

 

Secretary’s Report:

Meeting minutes from March 7, 2006 were approved as read with a motion from Antony and seconded by Patty.

 

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasurer’s Report is not available at this time.  Did not receive it back from the accountant.

 

Vice President of Recreation:

Parents cannot sit behind the goals during the games, it is too distracting. Please keep the scores reasonable.  Remember, we have to keep fun in the games.  Jason asked if things were going well.  The coaches that were present said they were.  Some coaches are in need of ice packs and pinnies.  Please check the game schedule.  There are no games the weekend of Easter.  A reminder will be on the hotline.  If you wish to make up any games, you can do that on your own.  Please just make sure that all players have shin guards, water bottles, shirt tucked in and please arrive 15 minutes before the games start.

 

Vice President of Traveling:

All traveling coaches need to provide their full roasters and must have all registrations paid.  Makeup games will need lighted fields.                         

 

Quartermaster:

No dogs on the fields!  Please make sure field is picked up after your practices and games.

 

Old Business:

Tournament is scheduled for November 11th and 12th .

 

New Business:

Vicki is going to try to arrange a fund raising spaghetti dinner to be held at the American Legion.  More information to follow.

 

Motion made by Jim to adjourn the meeting @ 8:40 PM and seconded by Brain.
