MINUTES FROM MARCH 7, 2006 MEETING

 Meeting called to order @ 7:35 PM by Troy Yaede

Secretary’s Report:

Meeting minutes from February, 2006 were and approved as read with a motion from Pat and a second from Cathy.

Treasurer’s Report:

Treasurer’s Report can be reviewed if you would like to see it because we are still tying up loose ends with the accountant.  There is a new check request form.  In order for you to receive a check, this form must be filled out and approved by Troy. There also will be a new form for any fundraising that you are going to for the traveling teams.

Vice President of Recreation:

Line for the parents during the games must be enforced.  You can tell the parents that it is a safety issue for their children.  Also please remind the parents that they cannot yell at the referees.  Division 1 will have about 16 players per team.  We talked about moving the 9 year olds down to Division 2.  This cannot be done because it would throw off the numbers.  Coaches are asked to stay after the meeting to create teams.  If you cannot stay, a team will be created for you.

Vice President of Traveling:

JC John Eckert attended the meeting.  Passes must be laminated.  All games must be played within two weeks if the games have to be rescheduled and/or pre-played.

All schedules for MOSA and JC are posted on their website.  All game times are complete.

Mike has copies of the OC schedule.  This also will be posted on the website.

Referee fees will be distributed to the coaches as follows:  Provide funds for 1 man referee system only.  If a 3 man team shows up coaches must pay for a 3 man system out of their pocket and submit for reimbursement.  This is due to the referee assigner.  They cannot guarantee a 3 man system,

Old Business:

Amendment was made for the purchase of reversible shirts for the clinic.  It will be too costly for the club.  We will order the regular shirts but in two colors so they can be on mini squads.

 Motion made by Pat to adjourn the meeting @ 7:55 PM and seconded by Antony.
