MINUTES FROM APRIL 5, 2005 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:40 PM by Troy Yaede
Meeting minutes from February were reviewed. To date, March minutes are not available. Open tasker for Troy Yaede. (Secretary was absent from March Meeting)
February minutes were approved on a motion from Steve and seconded by Patty
Treasurer’s Report:

Vice President of Traveling:
Make up games will take precedence regarding field position during the week. Coaches must remain flexible.
Make up games: traveling coaches must contact Mike so he can arrange the Ref’s schedule.
Mike stated on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday he can arrange coverage for indoor space at G J Mitchell and P.R.H.S. Traveling teams have 1st choice on practice time and location Rec times can have the remaining time and space.
Call Mike as early as possible during the day (if raining) to arrange indoor time and space for practice.

REMINDER: The Keep Off sign means Keep OFF
PSA merchandise will for sale soon, more to follow.
High School soccer team will be selling Gatorade at the fields
Coaches please utilize the signboards in the parking lots, which list all practices, assignment of fields, etc.

Troy encourages all coaches to watch and learn from the more experienced traveling teams.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Troy is available to assist any coach. Just call him and he will be there, his # is 294-2846
