MINUTES FROM DECEMBER 7, 2004 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:35 PM by Bill O'Connell
Meeting minutes from November, 2004 were reviewed.
November minutes approved on a motion from Jason and seconded by George.
Treasurer’s Report:
The report was not available for review.
Vice President of Recreation:
The Trophy party was a huge success.
70 pizza’s @ 350.00
There was 258.00 raised between the two raffles that were held: Basket full of soccer items and 50/50
Vice President of Traveling:
There will be 6 traveling teams in the spring.
Congratulations to:

X-Plus 1st place
Lightning 2nd place
Warriors 4th place
Red Hots 2nd place
Divas-?
Big success this year!
Quartermaster:
We are not buying equipment for the spring season

New Business:
Mike Angelus stated there were a lot of issues with Ref’s during the Fall season. He plans to address them with Roy Vanhuten (sp) and the coaches during the January meeting.
It has been brought to the boards attention that certain Rec coaches and parents have acted inappropriately towards the referees through out the season.
REGISTRATION DATES:
1st registration Jan 21 + 22
2nd registration Feb 3 + 4
3rd registration Feb 12th
1st SPRING GAME IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 20, 2005
parents must identify if their child needs a ball for practice at the time of registration
