MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 2, 2004 MEETING

Meeting called to order @ 7:35 PM by Bill O'Connell

Meeting minutes from October, 2004 were reviewed.

October minutes approved on a motion from Jason and seconded by Antony.

Treasurer’s Report:

The report was reviewed and approved by Antony and seconded by Jason.

Vice President of Recreation:

The Trophy party is scheduled for December 5th from 1-4 pm at Mystic Island Community Center.

Div 1 will receive their trophies first at 12:00-1:45

Div 2 and 3 will receive their trophies second at 2:15-4:00

Parents will be asked to donate items such as, plates, napkins, soda, snacks, etc.

Santa will be available for pictures

There will be two raffles held:

1. Basket full of soccer items

2. 50/50

Vice President of Traveling:

REGISTRATIONS ARE STILL AN ISSUE!

Quartermaster:

All equipment must be turned in to Tony during the last game of the season.

Old Business:

Board Nominations:

Remove Tony out of the Quatermaster position, since he is a nominee for the VP of Recreation position.

Add new nominee for President: Troy Yaede

New Business:

Coach Jon leaves on Sunday, he received a round of applause and a warm thank you for all his efforts he put forth for the betterment of this club. President  O'Connell informed all this was absolutely the most successful season with MLS

Motion made by Antony to adjourn the meeting @ 8:45 PM and seconded by George.
