All transfers and deposits have been taken care of.Vice President Traveling:We have six signs that have been sold by some of the traveling teams. These signs should be up within the next week. The Divas, Red Hots, Strikers, and Warriors teams need to get their sign information into Mike. The deadline will be around July 12th. Mike will make the call to remind these teams to submit sign information.Fall registrations and complete postings for traveling teams: Jersey Coast July 12th, MOSA July 10th . Flight nights: Jersey Coast July 20th, MOSA July 22nd.Home schedules for Jersey Coast August 1st, MOSA July 22nd .Referee schedules will be done as well.MLS camp is scheduled for August 9th through the 13th . We have 18 registrations. Please push this event.Vice President of Recreation:Fall Registration is scheduled for the following dates:Friday, July 30th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Tip Seaman Park Pavilion.Saturday, July 31st from 10 AM to 2 PM at Tip Seaman Park Pavilion.Saturday, August 14th from 10 AM to 2 PM at Tip Seaman Park Pavilion.Flyers went out to all area schools the during the last week of school. All coaches are encouraged to call all their players from their rosters to remind them about registration and the MLS camp. If you can help the days of registration, please come out and help.All registration information was given to the Beacon and South Jersey.com.Roast beef fund raising dinner will be held sometime in October. More information to follow. We raised almost $700 with the last dinner.Fall season tentatively will start the week of September 12th. Tentative fall schedule is as follows:Sept. 19th, 26th, Oct. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, Nov. 7th, 14th, 21st . No games scheduled for October 31st. Possible trophy date is Saturday, December 4th at the Community Center. Please remember that these dates are subject to change.Quartermaster:Dave Jones donated a set of brand new corner flags. All equipment is in. Please be aware that the sprinklers are on during the evening hours.Old Business:Light issue: We were told that hopefully by late August the parking lot lights will be installed and operational. We are all approved and just waiting for Connective to set up everything. The field lights in the best scenario will be operational by late fall. Reality will be in the spring.Dribble Pass and Shoot went very well. Thank you to all that came out to help. We broke two grills, and through this we purchased a new one for the one of the ones we broke. The club now has an old grill. We had about 95 plus competitors. We need to ask for another obstacle kit to decrease the number of players waiting to participate.New Business:Division One Fields: We are thinking of making the Division one field a bit larger than last season. We would like to increase the 50 X 100 field to 75 X 125. The goals really worked out well. We will have to shift the other fields to accommodate the traveling teams and their practice sessions.John will be back in the fall as the traveling trainer.
