Met with new accountant. Will let the club vote on possibly replacing the existing accountant with this individual at an upcoming meeting.Vice President of Traveling:Received an email from Jim Semple regarding field situations to play games for Jersey Coast. Clubs must schedule all times and locations by March 2nd. The Jersey Coast Board will be very liberal for make-ups due to the extremely bad weather. More information on this policy will be posted on the website and at the Jersey Coast Meeting on March 4th.Received an email from Ben Curci regarding the field situations for MOSA games. MOSA has altered the Spring 2003 playing schedule to start with Game #3 on March 23rd. Game #1 scheduled for 3/9/03 will be rescheduled for Sat., 4/26/03, and Game #2 scheduled for 3/16/03 will be rescheduled for Sat., 5/17/03. These dates are firm and if not observed will result in the same penalties for any game not played.No news with Ocean County Rec. on their start date. When we receive the information we will get it to you as soon as possible.MOSA fines for the Screaming Eagles and a missed meeting are still ongoing. We need to find the canceled checks to clear up this issue.Need to check on the availability on the auditorium for referee re-certification. Need to check with Will Sundermann.Chevy Cup is scheduled for April 26 & 27. Perhaps PSA could host this event. Need more information.Paid trainers need to make sure that they have their own insurance.Lightning 5:30 to 7:00PM, Divas 7:00 to 8:30PM on MondaysPhantoms 5:30 to 7:00PM, Dragons 7:00 to 8:30PM on TuesdaysRiptide 5:30 to 7:00PM, Red Dragons 7:00 to 8:30PM on WednesdaysBlackhawks 5:30 to 7:00PM, Redhots 7:00 to 8:30PM on ThursdaysWarriors 5:30 to 8:30PM on FridaysAll practices mentioned above will be held at the Tuckerton Elementary School. Please make sure that you leave the area as neat as it was when you arrive. Also, players will not be allowed inside the building unless the coach is there due to insurance reasons.Vice President of Recreation:We had five registrations including tonight. We are down about 75 players form last season. We have many coaches returning and some new coaches. Please help new coaches out.
Quartermaster:You will be notified about field conditions. Mr. Gormley called about the signs and there will be three signs indicating Little League, Soccer, and Hockey.Old Business:Dave Jervus spoke about using the MLS X-Change program to order items such as equipment, uniforms, etc. Purchasing these items through MLS would be cost effective to the Club. He passed out several grids to indicate prices. We will contact him if we decide to use this service.MLS Camp will be August 11th through 15th from 9AM to 12PM Monday through Friday.Coaches’ Clinic will be held on Saturday, March 22nd from 11AM to 2PM at the Middle School Gym. Please make every effort to come out and be trained by our professional MLS trainer, Steve Maker.The Lillian H. issue is still pending due to lack of information.New Business:Joe Mahon is a soccer coach for Pinelands Regional.
