Meeting Minutes from June 4, 2002.
Minutes for June’s meeting were tabled to the August meeting so that there could be some additions made.
Treasurer’s Report

Vice President Traveling
Mentioned tournaments. Troy mentioned our camp and the numbers that we have so far. There was a commitment from Pat McNeil but he has not given any kids as of yet. There is a 30-kid minimum and we must make an effort. DPS scores should be available on July 10th. MOSA and Jersey Coast registrations are due this month and will be done online. There will be a Graduation Ceremony at Giant Stadium with a ticket for the MetroStars Game, for everyone who goes to the camp. We would like to get a definitive practice schedule, so we can get ready to start training. We need to set a date for registration from traveling teams to the club.
Vice President of Recreation
Registration dates were set for fall registration. They are as follows July 12th 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, July 13th 10:00 AM to Noon and July 20th 10:00 AM to Noon. Dribble, Pass and Shoot was a big success we had a couple hundred kids compete. We think that Trophy Day had a lot to do with our numbers. We pre registered 21 player for the fall at DPS.

New Business
Joe Pomponio requested a list of rec. kid from the board because he and Mike Angelus are starting a new team and would like to invite as many kids as possible out to their practices. The new bathroom facility arrived it is in the TWP. Yard. I let the club know the status of the Lillian Heilman case. We also discussed the uniform issue briefly, we asked Bill McGuire to contact Gus at Shoot N Score for some uniforms samples. Also Mike Angelus is going to be Ocean County Rec. representative.
Old Business
The agreement between PSA and MLS for training has been signed. Training is set to start on August 26, 2002. I have made arrangements for the PDO to stay with someone in town, so we get the training for $55.00 per hour. Mike Angelus asked if the JR Wildcats were officially dissolved. And there was a question about the negative $32.00 balance for the wildcats and who was responsible to get it back to the club. Barb Wilkinson sent a letter with a $500.00 check for her donation.
