Meeting called to order @ 7:35 by Bill OConnell Meeting Minutes from March 5, 2002 Treasurer’s ReportMotion to accept Treasuers Report made by Jim Errico, seconded by John Celentano. Vice President TravelingTroy read a letter from MOSA about canceling games and calling in scores. Jersey Coast contact flight commissioners about scores. Flyer for Pinelands soccer day at a Metro Stars. More inf. was given about MLS camp on Aug 12, 2002. Vice President of RecreationCoach’s clinic went well. Games for rec. start Sunday April 7, 2002, handed out schedules and welcome letters. All rec. coaches were instructed to have their teams at the games ½ hour prior to the games. We are still trying to work out something for Division 3 to mix it up for games. The club needed a list of coaches attending the Rutgers course. The club is going to try to get another course set up. QuartermastersPaul explained the set back we had with the rec. ball purchased. We are trying to fix the problem with the balls as well as the company that we purchased them from. New BusinessPat Mcneil brought up the fact that there was some confusion about the motion that was made about the teams were responsible for purchasing their own uniforms. The minutes from January meeting were read and all agreed that there was not any confusion. A traveling team committee was formed, which included all the traveling coaches and chaired by Troy Yaede. There was a suggestion that there should be a separate registration form for traveling teams. Old BusinessDribble Pass and Shoot is on hold because we are not sure that it is a national competition. We revisited the Raffle issue and we are not any further along with the paperwork. A motion was made by Pat Mcneil that we do not do DPS if we don’t have a raffle available, no second was given. Troy let us know that there is a $165.00 in fines for Jersey Coast. Motion to adjourn meeting made by Jason Nass – seconded by Sandi Johnson
