MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 6, 2001 MEETING

·         Meeting called to order by Mike Angelus

·         Treasurer’s Report-

None Given- There was no Treasurer’s Report given because the bank statement got to the accountant’s too late.  It should be ready by Thursday, November 8th.  Mike Angelus will have a copy available to the membership at that time.

·         Meeting Minutes from October 2, 2001

No minutes were available to accept at this meeting.  Mike Angelus apologized for not having them ready.

·         Old Business-

President- The $75.00 registration fee was put to the floor for open discussion. 

·         Vice President of Traveling- 

Submits for Jersey Coast & MOSA are due by next month.  Both leagues are going to a computer format.

·         Quartermasters-  No Report

·         New Business- 

Nominations for the 2002 Board are:

President: Bill O’Connell

V.P. Traveling:  Troy Yaede

V.P Recreation:  Kelly Schnepp

Secretary:  Chris Smith

Treasurer:  Angela Roguso

Quartermaster (2) :  Bob Peschko & Paul Delazenna

After discussing numerous options with no agreement, Troy Yaede motioned to start a committee to come up with a fair and reasonable Registration Fee for next season.  Bill O’Connell seconded the motion.

Mike Angelus

Mike Angelus will look into pushing the fertilization of the new facility back until after the 18th.

Mike Angelus requested that all coaches that are still owed training sessions to work it out with Tom Boykin.  He will have the available time slots and locations.

Paul Rescigno requested that the Recreation Academy Coaches be given more detailed information on the Rules & Regulations of the Academy. Game Rules, etc.

Paul also requested medical kits for all the coaches next season.

Bill O’Connell will look into his Firehouse as a location to have a Coaches Party on a Sat. night in the near future.

Bill O’Connell reminded everyone to make it a point to stop anyone who tries to bring pets on the new fields.
