I apologize for not having Minutes for tonight’s meeting so I will brief the membership in the following format.
There also is no treasurer’s report tonight because the Accountant didn’t get the bank statement until very late due to the mail situation. He promised to have it ready for this Thursday, 11/8/01. I will have copies for everyone at that time. Please call me and I will provide a copy to you.
NOTE: All deposits have been made as of today’s date.
1. Old Business (President, VP Traveling, VP Recreation, Quartermaster)
2. Nominations for 2002 PSA Board
3. $75.00 Flat Fee for all Traveling Teams (This discussion was tabled until tonight’s meeting)
4. Facility Issues (Indoor & Outdoor)

6. New Business (Open to floor)
7. Let’s plan & pick a date to have a Coaches and Spouses end of the year party.
