Meeting Minutes
Motion to accept meeting minutes from 3/06/01 with the following changes – Vic Moore

Proposed set registration fee of $75.00 for all traveling teams to cover expenses was put on the floor for discussion.
John Wieckhorst motioned to accept $75.00 fee per player to cover training fees for the spring 2001 season only with a minimum of $750.00 per team contribution. All traveling teams will have 10 sessions with the trainer this spring season. The total cost per team is $750.00 with the remaining balances going to the Club’s Main Account to help pay for the new designated uniform and referee fees.
All fees are due by March 1, 2001 with a copy of team roster.
Old Business:

Proposed start date Sunday, March 25th for Recreation Academy
All calls to parents for the Sunday Welcome/Introduction meeting at Pinelands Regional Middle School (PRMS)
Verification of all recreation equipment i.e. balls, jerseys, received.
All balls to be inflated by 3/2
Vice President of Traveling
Pat MacNeil cautioned membership that information listed in Jersey Coast Schedule books is inaccurate. Only follow web site information.
Division 3 field at Eagleswood had wrong size goals in place. Changed with Division 2 (7’ x 21’) goals at Eagleswood.
Quartermaster Report
Bob Peschko issued keys for lights at PRMS for traveling team training
Key issue form completed at this time.
Request for Porta-Potties at practice and game sites.
Flyer prepared to caution all parents not to leave players and siblings unattended at all practice and game facilities. Flyer to be distributed at Welcome/Introduction meeting.
Help is always welcome for the lining of fields. All traveling coaches must help line the fields that they play on.

Fundraising
Due to the hectic preparations for the start of the Academy, the Fundraising Committee’s 1st meeting was postponed. We will get this off the ground in April. John Gontarski offered to make the calls to the committee members when we decide to meet.
The Dribble, Pass, Shoot Fundraiser will be sponsored by New York Life. A date will be set very shortly.
Stan Stasewski donated a shed to the club. A site must be determined.
Field Issues
Eagleswood School to be restructured to accommodate 75-80 U5-6 kids. Small sized fields to be made in place of Division 2 field.
